Posted by 54071 in : TCG & CCG Card Games, Uncategorized , add a commentWe were supposed to do our Shadowmoor Draft last Saturday, but obviously due to my physical condition, that never happened, so we will be doing that as soon as I’m home and better, and by the way I have two unopened booster boxes waiting for me to drool over at home, and we still haven’t play-tested that new World of Warcraft stuff I picked up yet either…so much to do and so little time!

Posted by 54071 in : Uncategorized , add a commentHi all, just a bit of a update about my condition here in the hospital…I am on the mend, and have become ravenously hungry, going thru alot of water, and making alot of runs to get rid of the excess water…I am waiting on all my doctors to get some sort of a concensus as to if I need a Lung Biopsy or not…more on this to come…all in all from when I was admitted to today, there has been a major improvement in my condition, so please keep up all the kind thoughts, they are well appreciated.

I’f I’m up for it tomorrow I will do my post about the upcoming Summer Movie season that I had already started.
Of course, I missed ” Comic Book Wednesday “….I’ll probably miss a few of them, but I still have a large backlog of comics to read, and I’m still reading the Death Note Manga Series…only on book #2.
The blog redesign is still also in the works so expect more on that to follow.

Posted by 54071 in : Uncategorized , add a commentHaving a procedure done because the nurses have totally messed up my arms trying to find new sites to put an IV in so, it look like I,m having to go head and operation done, by letting them run a main line, so that they can hang simultaneous meds of off this one strip.
It sounds to be a great Saturday so far.

Last Friday, May 2nd I found myself in an ambulance, on the way to the local hospital, and was hospitalized with Phenomena, and a stomach condition out of control. I’m writing this to you from my hospital bed hospital to say to everyone that I not be posting anything more till I’m out of here and obviously much better shape to do this work that I love.
Hopefully, I shan’t be gone for too long a time okay….

I will have a post later today about my first experience with the New York Comic-Con, plus later this week I will be diligently working on wrapping up my review of Ergo Proxy. I actually had to start to look at the whole series again to gain that experience of watching the series again.

Just in case you think that the Motor City Madman doesn’t have anything to offer the world as far as music goes…think again!
Uncle Ted ( Nugent ) is back with a vengeance on this 2007 release as a follow up to Craveman, and my favorite track so far is the title opus ” Love Grenade “, and while I really do not want to review the album, I do want to say that it is great to hear the Nuge in top form, and even greater that he has been around this industry for 5 decades now and doesn’t seem to have mellowed or disavowed any knowledge of his previous actions as far as his rock and roll roots go…take that Def Leppard!
NY Comic Con!

I will be attending, and hooking up with my distributor AAA Anime to talk business and see what is what as far as new figures being released, and I’ll probably bag a few Comic Con Exclusive items possibly to offer to you folks down the road.
This is my first con, and not sure what to expect but I do intend to have a great time, and as of this writing the weather promises to co-operate also!
Death Note-The Manga April 13, 2008

I started to read the first of the 12 Death Note mangas, plus I finished Blood Plus#1 and Hellgirl #1.
I haven’t had the chance to watch Appleseed ExMachina yet ( yes, I know I’ve had the movie for better than two weeks now! ) and I still haven’t seen it yet.
So, I guess I will have to watch ExMachina, just so I have something to talk about tomorrow!
