Barry Allen gave his life saving the DC Universe in the classic story ” Crisis On Infinite Earths ” a story that happened many years ago, but Allen aka The Flash has returned to said DC Universe, just a few weeks ago in the story ” Infinite Crisis ” a storyline that left me less than satisfied.
I have to be honest here and just come out and say that I was never a huge fan of the Flash.
If not for the CBS series many years ago, I would not have bothered at all as far as the Flash was concerned…but I’m hoping that with great artwork provided by Ethan Van Sciver and excellent plots by Geoff Johns that I will be happily surprised and drawn into the story of this DC Character’s return from the ” Speed Force ”
Hopefully Barry Allen’s return will be done with the same finesse that was afforded another DC Universe character’s return almost two years ago now, that of the greatest human to ever have a Green Lantern ring given to him, Hal Jordan.
